I hope all of you survived Cinco de Drinko last night!
I created the next page in the blog planer binder I'm making. I wanted to test this one out before I posted it to make sure it's got what I needed to keep track of sponsors.
For May I printed out two copies of this. One copy was for sponsorship's I was receiving, and one copy was for sponsorship's I was giving.
I can keep track of
contact email ( I save this in my email address book too),
Stats before & after,
Size button shown,
if there was a featured post, a shout out tweet, and how much was paid.
I also included. the blog button and follow up email options. The blog button is for when there is suppose to be a button shown. After the buttons go live, I circle this option. ( Yes, I check if mine is up or not ;) ) Not all sponsorship's come with a button though, so then I just cross it off.
Follow up email is for the end of the month, just to keep contact and see if the sponsorship is going to continue.
