Hey ladies! and Gents if you're out there!
Yesterday was an awesome mail day for me, I recieved my very first Scentsy warmer and my Gossip Girl Birchbox. It was like my bday all over again!
Back to that warmer though. I was skeptical, I'll admit. I heard all this commotion over Scentsy and thought, "yeah its just another thing I'll throw away in a month".
BUT, since I got one yesterday I've fallen head over heels in love with it.
I'm not a Scentsy rep or anything, I just think that if you haven't tried it, you should!

Most embarrassing moment: I thought I had successfully flushed our dead class pet fish down the toilet in the classroom after his death. After explaining to the class the pet had died, one of them went to use the classroom bathroom and found him floating the toilet.

Blog: Living The Adventures
I spent the last 17 years of my life in the great state of Texas but last summer moved back to North Carolina, my home state. I am a Second Grade Teacher turned full-time Mommy to the sweet and BEAUTIFUL Raleigh Grace (or RG as I sometimes call her in the blog world). I am wifey to Mr. K, the most handsome and selfless hubby in the world who is also a WONDERFUL Daddy!
I miss TX SOO much but love being near my family here in NC. I love blogging (duh!), pretending I am an amazing cook, trying to be crafty and fulfilling my sweet tooth with chocolate chip cookies and milk in a frozen mug! :)
Piece of advice for life:
"Don't wait for your ship to sail in, swim out to it"
"Keep your lines tight", and of course,
"Whatever you do, do it ALL for the glory of God" (I Corinthians 10:31)

Before we went in we stopped for a bathroom break and somehow I managed to go into the MEN's restroom. Luckily, I realized it before I made it all the way in the restroom but it was still majorly awkward as all the guys saw me walking in! Believe it or not... I have actually probably done this more times in my life than I would like to admit... I need to look before I enter! haAnything else interesting we should know?
